PALM CITY, Fla. (WTVA) -- Two north Mississippi cities have moved into the top 25 of the 2013 POLICOM Economic Strength rankings.
Oxford ranks 11 and Columbus ranks 24 in the 2013 study.
Both cities rose 22 points over their ranking in 2012.
POLICOM releases the annual study of 576 Micropolitan areas nationwide.
The study measures 23 different economic factors over a twenty-year period to create the rankings.

A micropolitan is a city with a population of at least 10,000 people, but less than 50,000 people.
