COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- Agents with the Columbus Lowndes County Narcotics Unit and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics have arrested three people, charging them with drug and fraud charges.
Jimmie Lynn Pierce is charged with two counts of prescription fraud.
Agents also arrested Curtis Lamount Shirley, charging him with possession of cocaine. Marvin Kyles is charged with possession of marijuana.
During the raid at the home on Hobbs-Sheffield Road, agents seized about a fourth of an ounce of cocaine, xanax, a small amount of marijuana and various paraphernalia used to process and package controlled substances.
All three are being held at the Lowndes County Detention Center, waiting for initial appearances before the judge, where bond will be set.
