TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- James Dutschke, the local martial arts instructor charged with child molestation, has been sentenced for another crime.
In an unrelated incident, Dutschke was sentenced last week after being charged with indecent exposure.
The misdemeanor allegedly happened over the summer in the presence of minors.
He will spend the next 90 days in jail for this incident and pay a fine.
Dutscheke has 30 days to appeal.
The investigation continues into the child molestation charges.
