COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) — Police in Columbus are asking for your help in locating a man being sought in connection with a New Year's Day shooting at a convenience store.
26-year-old Lemarcus Smith of Columbus is wanted for aggravated assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Officers say the shooting happened at the Sprint Mart on Highway 69 South.
Smith is described by police as being armed and dangerous.
