PONTOTOC, Miss. (WTVA) --  An Oxford man indicted after a deadly traffic accident in Pontotoc County has pleaded guilty to DUI-death.

Harry Bostick, 57, of Oxford entered the plea in Pontotoc County Circuit Court Friday morning.

Authorities say Bostick was intoxicated when his vehicle collided with one driven by Charity Smith, 18, of Okolona in October of 2011.

Bostick was pardoned by Governor Haley Barbour on January 10, 2012 of charges of DUI Third Offense in a seperate case.

Bostick, a former IRS agent, was indicted in Smith's death in May of 2012.

Following Friday's guilty plea, the judge sentenced Bostick to 15 years in prison, with seven years suspended and five years probation.
