OXFORD, Miss. (AP) -- A 19-year-old man has been indicted on a charge of making online threats to attack Oxford High School.
Joshua Brandon Pillault of Oxford was arrested on Oct. 8. The indictment was handed down Thursday.
Prosecutors say in documents filed in U.S. District Court that Pillault made threats against the school in a chat room conversation while playing an online game. The threats were reported by a fellow player in Virginia.
The court has ordered a psychiatric evaluation.
