OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A federal grand jury has indicted an Alabama man for enticement of a child for lustful purposes.
Jonathon Mark Hayes, 38, of Cordova, Alabama was arrested on January 13 in Lee County.
The federal indictment says Hayes attempted to coerce a 15-year-old into having sex with him.
Hayes will be arraigned on the charged Wednesday in U. S. District Court in Oxford.
