COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Millport, Alabama man is facing charges of aggravated assault after two men were treated at a local hospital for gunshot wounds on Valentine's Day.
Columbus police have charged Dekota King, 19, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a weapon.
The investigation began Thursday when Elonzo Latham, 20, and Demarco Curry, 22, came to the emergency room at Baptist - Golden Triangle with gunshot wounds.
Authorities say neither injury was serious.
While officers were talking with the two men, King came in for treatment of a gunshot wound to the hand.
Authorities say they spoke with King and determined he shot the two men and himself.
Officers say the shooting happened on 9th Street North.
King's bond was set at $50,000.
