TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Tupelo man is being held on a $1 million bond in the shooting death of a man Friday afternoon.
James Thomas Williams, 43, made an initial appearance in Lee County Justice Court Monday afternoon.
He is charged with murder in the shooting death of Everette Foster, 48 on South Canal Street in Tupelo.
Investigators say the shooting may have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
