BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) -- During the early morning hours of Sunday, January 13, Prentiss County deputies and narcotics officers from Prentiss County, Booneville and North Mississippi Narcotics Unit executed a Search Warrant at 144 CR 4181 in New Site.
According to Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar, officers arrested Micheal Paul Pounds, 33.
Pounds is charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine and manufacturing a controlled substance.
His bond was set at $25,000 and the Mississippi Department of Corrections has a hold on him.
At the time of his arrest, Pounds was under supervision by MDOC.
