NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) -- A New Albany man has pleaded not guilty to charges of exploitation of a child.

Benjamin Bishop appeared at an arraignment in Union County Circuit Court Monday morning.

The indictment accuses Bishop of using a computer to entice a 15-year-old to meet him for the purpose of engaging in sexually explicit conduct in August of 2012.

Bishop was an employee of Victory Christian Academy in New Albany at the time of the incident.

The indictment was handed down in October.

Bishop remains free on a $25,000 bond.
