WALNUT, Miss (WTVA) -- Around 10 am Friday, Tippah County authorities seized more than 40 marijuana plants in Walnut.

Investigators say a tip lead them to a home at 2330 CR 100 where they confiscated more than 40 marijuana plants from three different locations near the residence.

Phillip Patrick Krause, 52, was arrested. He is waiting to be arraigned, no bond has been set.

Tippah County Investigators Tommy Mason and Josh Bateman along with Deputy Richard Bryant confiscated the plants and made the arrest.
