OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- James Everett Dutschke heard charges against him during his initial appearance before a federal magistrate Monday morning.

The magistrate says the indictment remains sealed at this time.

Dutschke is being represented by court appointed Attorney George Lucas.

Authorities did not say what they found in their investigation or where any items were found.

The judge did not set bond after federal authorities told the court they consider Dutschke to be a danger and a flight risk.
