OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Southaven man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for enticement of a child.

Tupelo police arrested El-Habib Ouijhna, 32, on March 29.

The federal indictment made public late last week says Oujihna communicated by phone and the internet with the intent of meeting a 15-year-old for sexual purposes.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges during a hearing for a federal magistrate.

Bond was set at $10,000.
