WATER VALLEY, Miss. (WTVA) -- A physician who served patients in Yalobusha County for nearly five decades has died.
Dr. Joe Walker, 75, died Saturday in an Oxford hospital.
Walker was born in Michigan, and moved to Water Valley in 1971 to work as an emergency room physician at Yalobusha County Hospital.
He retired from medicine in 2010.
