CORINTH, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Corinth inmate has died after being found unresponsive late Sunday night by guards at the Alcorn County Regional Correctional Facility.

Alcorn County Coroner Jay Jones said the discovery of Michael L. Frazier, 31, was made around 11:30 p.m. in an isolation cell.

Jones would not discuss the manner in which Frazier was found nor a preliminary cause of death.

Paramedics transported Frazier to Magnolia Regional Health Center where he was pronounced dead.

The body will be sent to Jackson for an autopsy Tuesday.
