CARROLLTON, Miss. (AP) _ A Carroll County woman was killed when a tree fell on her during Wednesday night's storm.
Carroll County Coroner Ken Strachan tells the Greenwood Commonwealth that 52-year-old Toni Hood was killed when a tree fell on the all-terrain vehicle she was driving.
Strachan says Hood was returning home from taking her garbage to the road on an extended driveway.
He says she was found by a family member.
County officials say damage from the storm was slight elsewhere with limited power outages and trees down.
