Clay County, Miss. (WTVA) - There are at least three  boil water notices that are effective immediately in the WTVA viewing area.

One is in effect for residents in the Highway 47 and Una Community areas of Clay County that are on the Siloam Water District.

Officials say a water line broke due to the cold weather.

That boil water notice is in effect until January 8th.

Also, there is a boil water notice for residents in East Chickasaw County Water Association Number 1 due to a loss of water pressure during maintenance.

And, a boil water notice is in effect for customers of the Trim-Cane Water Association who live in the Bell Schoolhouse area in Oktibbeha County.

Officials say that is due to a faulty valve.
