Arrests made in metal, battery thefts

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) — Three people are under arrest in connection with some metal and battery thefts in Oktibbeha County.

The Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department says the arrests are the result of a four-month investigation into the thefts at Doss Electric and 5D Limited Auto Sales.

19-year-old Tyler Miller of Eupora is charged with four counts of grand larceny and one count of felony taking of a motor vehicle.

32-year-old Christopher Wilhite of Eupora is charged with three counts of grand larceny.

28-year-old Brandon Wilhite of Eupora is charged with three counts of grand larceny and one count of felony taking of a motor vehicle.

Sheriff's departments in Grenada, Webster and Lowndes counties assisted with the investigation.
