TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — Tupelo police are trying to find the person responsible for the armed robbery of a convenience store Monday night.
It happened before 9:30 p.m. at the Exxon Express on Eason Boulevard at Veterans Boulevard.
A police officer at the store said more information would be released Tuesday.
However, he did confirm that no one was hurt in the robbery.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol was also present at the store, but it's not clear if there's any significance to the agency's presence there.
