TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — Two people used a remote controlled helicopter with a camera Tuesday to capture some of the damage from Monday's Tupelo tornado.

Jason and Anne Palmer of PalmTree Productions got views of North Gloster Street, the Joyner neighborhood and Old Saltillo Road.

"Without seeing it from the air, now that we have, I would have no idea the extent of the damage," said Jason Palmer.

Of course, a camera high in the sky can't necessarily capture everything that's happening in the aftermath of the tornado.

"Everywhere we went, people are all pitching in helping, handing food out," said Anne Palmer.  "It's nice to see that in the face of tragedy."
