A cold blustery day was found on our Saturday along with some areas of snow showers. Well, the cold air continues for most of Saturday night and into Sunday morning. By later on Sunday and into Monday we will see the start of our weather getting milder briefly. Along with the milder air we will see a good chance for some rain and even some isolated thunderstorms move back into the forecast on our President's Day evening. A few of these storms could be on the strong side.
More of the same for the upcoming work week. We will see a brief chill down in temperatures and then another rise toward the end of the week. Along with that rise in temperatures we will once again see an increase in moisture in our area. This will lead us to yet another chance for some rain and thunderstorms in the forecast. Most likely time for the activity will be on our Thursday and into Thursday night. The way some of the weather maps are looking, once again we have a chance for some stronger storms to be in the mix. One has got to love the ups and downs of the weather during the month of February.
