BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) -- The wait is almost over.
Northeast Mississippi Community College opens the Jack T. Ramsey Student Services building the first week of January.
Construction began on the facility in February, 2010.
College officials are excited about the opportunity to consolidate services.
Previously, students would have to go to multiple buildings for services.
"I am truly excited about this. We have a wonderful facility here and we can accommodate all the students practically in one room. The business office is right across the room and financial aid is right next door to us," NEMCC Business Office employee Sheila Gann said.
The building also includes the offices for recruiting, counseling and student housing
