PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) -- Authorities confirm a 57-year-old Cairo man has been reported missing by his family members.

Sheriff Randy Tolar said Bobby "Keith" Rodgers was last seen Friday afternoon, when family members said he left his home on County Road 1451.

Tolar said Rodgers suffers from schizophrenia.

Family friend David Arruda said Rodgers left without taking any medication with him.

The home is located in the Cairo community, not far from the Prentiss/Tishomingo County line.

Family members reported him missing on Sunday.

Arruda said Rodgers told family members he was headed to Booneville.

He's described as a white male with grey-brown hair wearing blue jeans and a red shirt. He also wears glasses.

Tolar said anyone with information is asked to contact the Prentiss County Sheriff's Department at (662) 728-6232.
