COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Lowndes County man faces charges of home repair fraud after he was accused of not completing work he was paid to do.
The Lowndes County Sheriff's Department charged Dallas Edward Slatton, 46, of Columbus Thursday.
Investigators say a homeowner paid Slatton to replace an air conditioning unit.
They say he never did the work and didn't refund the money to the homeowner.
