OKOLONA, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Okolona Electric Department is warning customers about a planned power outage this Sunday.
Officials with the utility say they will cut power to most of their customers in the city of Okolona and in the Wren community around 9 al.m. as part of maintenance on the system.
The outage is expected to be only for a short period of time.
Officials says some of the work will cause the loss of power to the industrial park for a couple of hours.
