Baldwyn woman pleads guilty to counterfeiting charges

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Baldwyn woman has pleaded guilty a federal indictment accusing her of producing counterfeit money.

Wendy Nicole Vick, 32, entered a guilty plea in U. S. District Court Wednesday.

The indictment, handed down last month, says Vick "with intent to defraud, falsely make, forge, counterfeit and alter obligations and other securities of the United States, to wit: Federal Reserve Notes" on June 15, 2010.

Vick will be sentenced at a later date.
