(WTVA) — The hospital in Amory has a problem with Monday's offer by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi that would end a disagreement between the two.

The state's largest health insurer offered on Monday to bring back into its network Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center and three other hospitals owned by Health Management Associates.

On Wednesday, however, HMA executive Dwayne Blaylock said that offer came with strings attached.

The former Gilmore CEO said that's why the company is waiting for Blue Cross to come forward with an offer matching what was laid out in the insurer's news release on Monday.
