Albeit, we really have not seen too bad of a Summer so far across Northeast Mississippi and Western Alabama.  We have only seen a few days that have topped off in the upper 90s or higher.  Most of this week will see high temperatures reaching into the seasonable lower 90s.  However, it is very likely that before the upcoming work week is over with we will see high temperatures reach into the middle to upper 90s.  This could be some of the hottest temperatures that we have see this Summer.  We will see mostly dry conditions prevail across Northeast Mississippi and Western Alabama.  All of this will be due to high pressure that will linger overhead for most of the next several days.  Only slim chance will be found on our Sunday and by next weekend, due to just a little bit of lingering low pressure.
