A couple of cold fronts will give Mississippi and Western Alabama just a little better chance for some showers and storms during the next several days.  Albeit, this will not be something to write home about, it still should give us just a bit of oomph that we have been needing in the forecast.  We will see about 30 to 45 percent chances for rain and storms from our Sunday into the middle portion of the upcoming work week.  I do believe the farther north you are in Mississippi and Western Alabama, the better your chances will be for some showers and storms.  We will also see . . . . . along with the increasing chance for some showers and storms, there will be a slightly greater chance for some strong to severe storms.  The main culprits for the severe weather will be some strong/gusty winds and some large hail.
