A cold front is passing through the area as of the writing of this blog.  This cold front has given the area some pretty strong patches of storms along with some heavy rain at times.  As the cold front keeps moving eastward through the area, it will take most of the rain and storms with it.
We will see some of the coldest air of the season move into the area behind this cold front.  As we go through the day on our Monday, we will see our temperatures drop into the 30s by the early evening and wind chills will be in the 20s.  Most of the high temperatures over the next several days will be in the 40s and 50s, while most of the overnight lows will be in the 20s and 30s.  These will be a far cry from the high temperatures of the last several days, some of which were well into the 70s.  Hey, it is December and we are just days away from the beginning of Winter.  FYI, normal high temperatures for this time of year are in the middle 50s.
