High pressure will linger in the area through Sunday morning, however after that a frontal system will move into the area. This will give us a good chance for some rain, thundershowers and even some thunderstorms. Currently, it looks like the better chances for severe weather (if any) will stay to the west of our viewing area through most of Monday. As we go into Tuesday and Tuesday night it looks like that will be the time to be on guard for any stronger storms. This will be due to the system passing through the area.
Temperatures will gradually warm their way into the 70's for highs as the frontal system heads our way. This bigtime warm up will be due to strong southerly winds ahead of the frontal system. Our overnight lows will warm up also. Most overnight lows by the late weekend and into early next week will be in the 50's and 60's.
