It has been an up and down ride this Winter season across the area. Well, after seeing 50s and 60s for highs from Friday through our Sunday . . . . . temperatures are just about to drop once again. A cold front will pass through the area on our Sunday afternoon and evening. This front will bring in some of the coldest temperatures of the season. We will see lows on Tuesday morning down into the teens and lower 20s. Highs will struggle to get into the lower 40s. One thing to note, we will not see any precipitation with this frontal passage.
We will recover from this cold blast pretty rapidly. As a matter of fact high temperatures on our Thursday will reach well into the 50s to near 60. However, yet another very cold blast of air will be back in the area for next weekend. Yes, our up and down temperatures continue for a while.
