We will have high pressure around the area for this weekend. This will give us plenty of sunshine and milder conditions during the daytime. However, our overnight lows may drop off just a bit for the weekend. I think a light frost is possible in some of the normally colder spots.
Next week we will see some showers and some storms move into the area along a frontal system. There is a possibility for some stronger and heavier storms at times with this frontal passage on Tuesday and Wednesday. By far, it looks like the best chances for severe weather development may be just off to the west of the area. However, things could definitely change as we get new information from future forecast models. So we will need to keep an eye on this situation.
