After a Winter that has been on the very cold side at times . . . . . It will be so very nice to see at least five days with the high temperatures in the 70s to lower 80s across Mississippi and Western Alabama.  If it all works out this will be the mildest temperatures that we have seen this season so far.  However, (there usually is an "However" in almost every good weather story that we have out there) a strong frontal system moves into our area by the later half of the upcoming work week.  This frontal system will mean business as it passes through the area.  We could potentially see some strong to severe storms along and ahead of this system.  Currently, it looks like the prime time for this strong to severe event could be from later portions of Thursday and into Friday and Friday night.  We will need to stay tuned to this event as we fine tune the forecast as needed over the next several days.  Ok, so that being said . . . . . Go out there and enjoy the next couple of days . . . . . things are looking fine and dandy!!
