Cold Canadian air keeps plunging into the area for another day or two. This will keep all of the area well below normal temperature wise for this time of year. Most highs on our Tuesday will be in the 40s and lower 50s. That will be on the average 20 to 25 degrees below the normal high of 69. However, before the week is said and done we will see some southerly winds move back into the area and this will help the area warm up decently. As a matter of fact most of the high temperatures will reach into the 60s and 70s for this weekend and into early portions of next week.
Along with the warm up, we will see some moisture move back into the area. This will assist a frontal system to trigger some areas of rain and thunderstorms. A few of which may be hefty this weekend.
