triangle concerning a formerairport manager charged with embezzlement. as we learn this half hour... this apparently is not his first crime. wtva's rebecca butcher joins us with what we know from authorities on the case. stolen fuel, airplanes and an arrest. the former manager here at the lowndes columbus airport is said to have taken fuel while he worked here a few years ago. he was just charged this week. ." fifty-three year old billy glen scarborough used to be a manger here at the lowdnes columbus airport. he was last employed here startingfebruary 2012... he was soon let go.
