OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA/Ole Miss Athletics) – Ole Miss fans who bring a new toy or book to Friday’s men’s basketball game against East Tennessee State University and Sunday’s women’s basketball game versus Belmont will receive free admission.

Ole Miss is collecting toys and books for the “Books and Bears” program, which the Rebels help with every December.

“We enjoy being a part of this great program that helps benefit kids in Lafayette County and the Oxford-University community,” said assistant athletics director Jamil Northcutt.

Books and Bears is an annual holiday program to recognize the University’s service employees (custodial and grounds staff).

Friday’s game tips off at 7 p.m., while Sunday’s game starts at 2 p.m. at Tad Smith Coliseum.
