OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- Ole Miss officials say the school will open The Grove for tailgaters to set up their tents a little earlier this Friday.
School officials announced Monday people would be allowed to begin tent set up starting at noon.
Space in the Grove can be claimed on a first-come basis.
Only university-sponsored events can be held in reserved places.
The Grove usually opens at 9 p.m. the night before a game, but school officials made the change because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Tailgaters are reminded that only university-sponsored events are held in reserved places, and space in the Grove is claimed on a first-come basis.
