STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA/MSU Athletics) – Mississippi State students wanting to attend the 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl have an opportunity for a free ticket thanks to an anonymous donor, the Bulldog Club and ticket office announced Monday.
The donor purchased 100 tickets for the New Year’s Day bowl in Jacksonville and will donate all of them to currently enrolled students wishing to make the trip to support the Bulldogs.
Students interested in a ticket can call 888-GO-DAWGS or go to the Bryan Athletic Administration Building this week to claim their free ticket with a valid student ID. Any student who purchased a ticket at the lottery can receive a refund if they’re one of the first 100 to come to the Bryan Building.
The ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, and will remain open until Thursday, Dec. 20, when the university shuts down for the holiday break.
