ICC football earns No. 10 ranking in final NJCAA poll

Five MACJC teams finished in the top 11.

FULTON, Miss. (WTVA/LetsGoICC.com) - The ICC football team finished No. 10 in the final National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) football rankings of the year.

Coach Sean Cannon and the Indians (6-3, 5-1 MACJC North) won five-straight games to close out the season and finished Co-Champions of the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) North Division, but missed the playoffs due to the league's tiebreaker system.

Other MACJC programs ranked in the final poll of the season: No. 1 East Mississippi Community College, No. 7 Northwest Mississippi Community College, No. 9 Jones County Junior College and No. 11 Hinds Community College.
