ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Winston County man has pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 14.
Cedric Tubby, 22, of Louisville entered the guilty plea in U. S. District Court on Thursday.
Tubby was accused of having inappropriate contact with the victim in January of 2011 in the Crystal Ridge Community of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
Tubby will be sentenced at a later date.
