CUMBERLAND, Miss. (WTVA) -- Students at East Webster school will begin the school year at the former home of Wood College.

School Superintendent Jack Treloar tells WTVA.com work on the campus in Cumberland is continuing, but will not be completed by the time classes are set to begin next week.

He says he is optimistic they will be able to return classes to the Cumberland campus during the fall semester.

The East Webster School was heavily damaged by a tornado in April 2011.
