MATHISTON, Miss. (WTVA) - The first bell rang Wednesday morning for another school hit by the tornadoes of April 2011.

Students at East Webster school are still attending classes at Wood College in Mathiston.
Around 510 students, plus 50 faculty and staff, are still at Wood College while East Webster school in Cumberland is being renovated after that tornado.

This marks the third year in a row for school to start at the temporary location as students and faculty are counting the days to when they move back.

"Everybody came in and got everything they need," adds East Webster Principal Bill Brand. "Of course we were hoping to be back in the new school, but we're not, we hadn't missed a beat here and won't miss a beat."

No exact date has been set for their move back to the original campus, but school officials are optimistic it will be sometime in the next few weeks to two months.
