JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Mississippi Department of Transportation would like to inform the traveling public of lane closures that will be in effect over Christmas and New Year’s.
MDOT reminds motorists to drive safely when traveling on Mississippi’s roadways and always drive with caution and obey all posted signs in work zones.
If you have to travel in Union County take your time.
The outside lanes will be closed on the eastbound and westbound lanes of U.S. Highway 78 between State Route 15 and State Route 30 in New Albany.
