Organizers said they planned to have the Agape Clinic opened by the end of the month but some funding delays have postponed the date.
Volunteers throughout the community have been pitching in to transform an old home into a clinic.
Once opened, organizers said medical services will be available to anyone who does not have medical insurance.
Leaders said they hope to have the facility open by the end of the year or the first part of next year.
