IUKA, Miss. (WTVA) -- An Iuka woman has died of injuries suffered in a traffic accident earlier this month.
A Mississippi Highway Patrol says Maria Ramsey, 42, died at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Corinth on Friday.
She was the driver of a car west on Highway 172 when it collided head-on with an SUV driven by Amber Thornton, 19, of Cherokee, Alabama on February 13.
The accident remains under investigation.
