Two jail inmates facing drug charges

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- Two jail inmates being held at the Monroe County Detention Center are facing new charges.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Department, Billy Don Hall, 27, of Tishomingo and Josh Wilemon, are charged with possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

The drugs were found when Hall and Wilemon were searched by deputies.

Wilemon will also be charged with possession of a cell phone in a correctional facility.

Hall has been an inmate at Monroe County Detention Center since September 2010.

Wilemon has been an inmate since April 2013.

Monroe County Justice Court Judge Robert Fowlkes set bond for Hall at $10,000 for possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

Judge Fowlkes set bond for Wilemon at $20,000 for possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and possession of a cell phone in a correctional facility.
