IUKA, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Holly Springs-based company has expanded its operations and will bring new jobs to Tishomingo County in the process.

Contract Fabricators has located its manufacturing operations into a 97,280-square foot facility formerly occupied by Dynasteel.

The company manufactures large pressure vessels for oil refineries, power plants and chemical plants, according to a news release from Gov. Phil Bryant's office.

Company officials say the decision to expand to the Iuka area came partly because the Yellow Creek port has waterfront access.

The project represents a $1.05 million investment and will bring 50 new jobs within its first year of operation.

Contract Fabricators' Holly Springs location employs 125 workers.
