NEW ORLEANS (WTVA/Ole Miss Athletics) - The Ole Miss-Tulane football game on Sept. 22 has been set for an 11:00am CT kickoff from the Louisiana Superdome, and FSN will televise the non-conference encounter, it was announced Thursday by Tulane.
No other game times have been confirmed at this time.
Ole Miss enjoys a 42-28 edge in the all-time series, which is the fourth-most played in school history and dates back to the Rebels' first season of organized football in 1893. The last meeting was a 27-13 Ole Miss road win in 2010.
The Rebels have faced the Green Wave more than any opponent not currently in the SEC, although Tulane was a charter member of the conference and competed in the league from 1933 to 1965.
